How is AI Digital Hub related to Exinary Technologies?
AI Digital Hub is a department of Exinary Technologies Private Limited. Exinary is the contracting entity, holds the certifications and issues the invoices; AI Digital Hub is the engineering team that does the AI, automation and infrastructure work. One contract, one accountable team.
Do you only do AI, or can you run our infrastructure too?
Both, and they are deliberately the same team. Most AI projects that stall do so because nobody owns the pipeline, the deploy or the on-call once the model works. We build the automation and run the platform underneath it, so there is no wall to throw things over.
What is the smallest sensible engagement?
A two-week AI Readiness Audit at a fixed price. You get a ranked automation backlog with effort, risk and projected savings against each item — and the fee is credited if you go ahead with a build within 90 days.
Will you tell us if AI is the wrong answer?
Yes, and roughly a third of our audits conclude exactly that. Sometimes the highest-return action is fixing a broken handoff, replacing a manual export with an integration, or buying a product that already does the job. We put those findings first.
Where are you based and who do you work with?
We are based in Bengaluru, India and serve businesses globally across North America, Europe, the UK, Australia and Asia. Billing is in USD for international engagements, INR for India-based clients. We design around GDPR, DPDP Act 2023 and other regulatory requirements depending on where your data lives.
Who owns the code you write?
You do, from the first commit. We deploy into your cloud account by default and hand over source, infrastructure-as-code and documentation. If you later take the work in-house or to another partner, nothing in our architecture makes that painful.
