How we work
Things worth knowing before you apply
You own what you build, in production
Not just the prototype. You will find out whether what you shipped actually worked, which is the only way anyone gets good at this.
Paid take-homes, based on real work
No unpaid multi-day projects and no algorithm puzzles. The exercise resembles what the job is, and we pay for your time.
On-call is real, and compensated properly
For platform roles there is a rotation. Disturbed nights get time off, and a repeat alert without a fix landing is treated as our failure.
Saying a project should not happen is respected
About a third of our audits conclude AI is not the answer. That only works if the engineers saying so are backed, not overruled.
