Why publish prices at all?
Because you should be able to find out whether we are in your range without booking a call. The packages below are genuinely what we charge for that scope. Anything larger or more unusual gets scoped, and we will say so rather than quoting a number we would revise later.
Is the audit fee really credited against a build?
Yes, in full, against an Automation Sprint or Pilot to Production engagement started within 90 days of the readout. It is in the engagement letter, not just on this page.
What is not included?
Third-party costs are yours and billed at cost — cloud spend, model inference, and any SaaS licences the solution needs. We estimate these during scoping and report them monthly on retainers, because a fixed fee that hides variable inference cost is not a fixed fee.
How does GST work?
For Indian clients, GST at 18% is added to the listed INR prices. For international clients billed in USD, no Indian GST applies but your local tax treatment is your own. A tax invoice from Exinary Technologies Private Limited follows every payment.
Can we pay by bank transfer or purchase order?
Yes. Card checkout is there for speed, not because it is the only route. For NEFT, RTGS, wire transfer or a PO-based process, request an invoice and we will raise one against your procurement requirements.
What are the retainer commitment terms?
Monthly, cancellable with 30 days' notice, with no minimum term on the standard packages. Enterprise engagements are usually annual because that is what procurement prefers — that is negotiable in both directions.
Do prices change once we start?
Fixed-scope engagements are fixed. If we discover the scope is materially different from what was described, we stop and re-quote rather than absorbing it quietly or issuing a surprise change order. Retainer prices are reviewed annually with 60 days' notice.
