How is the opportunity calculated?
Six process categories: lead qualification, customer support, reporting, data entry, email processing, and document handling. Each is scored based on your answers, then mapped to estimated time savings using typical ranges per category. The logic is transparent — you can see the breakdown and disagree with it.
What if I score low?
A low opportunity score usually means your processes are already fairly efficient, or that the highest-value work is actually process design or data cleanup rather than AI automation. We would rather tell you that than oversell a project.
Why are there only six categories?
