Partners
Three ways to work together
For agencies, consultancies and software companies whose clients keep asking for AI engineering or managed infrastructure that is not worth building a team for.
Referral
SimplestYou introduce a client, we deliver, you take a fee. No delivery obligation and no involvement after the introduction unless you want it.
- 10% of first-year engagement value
- Paid on our receipt of client payment
- Attribution held for 12 months from introduction
- You choose whether to stay in the loop
Best for: Agencies, fractional CTOs and advisors who spot the need but do not want to deliver it.
White-label delivery
Most commonWe deliver under your brand, in your client relationship. Your client sees your team; we are the engineering behind it.
- Wholesale day rates, you set your own margin
- We never contact your client directly without you
- Your NDAs and contracts govern
- Named engineers, consistent across the engagement
Best for: Digital agencies and consultancies whose clients keep asking for AI work they cannot staff.
Technology partner
SelectiveFor software companies who need AI features or managed platform capability inside their own product, on an ongoing basis.
- Retainer or dedicated pod
- Joint roadmap and quarterly reviews
- Your IP, in your repositories
- Co-marketing only with mutual agreement
Best for: Product companies where AI is becoming a feature rather than a project.
Ground rules
What we ask of partners
Short list, and all four exist because of something that went wrong once.
- Be straight with your client about who is doing the work if they ask. We will not contradict you, but we will not lie either.
- Bring us in early enough to influence scope. Being handed a fixed scope that cannot work is the main way these go wrong.
- Do not resell our fixed-price packages as your own fixed price without talking to us about the risk allocation first.
- Tell us if a client is a poor fit. We would rather decline together than fail together.
