Is your organisation actually ready to automate?

Twelve questions about how work really happens. You will get a scored breakdown and the three things worth doing first — which is sometimes not an AI project at all.

What gets scored

  • Process clarity

Whether the work follows rules anyone can state. Automating a process nobody agrees on is the most common way these projects fail.

  • Data readiness

Whether the inputs are consistent, accessible and legally usable. This is where most stalled projects actually stalled.

  • Systems & integration

Whether the surrounding systems can be reached programmatically. Determines cost more than model choice does.

  • Team & ownership

Whether someone will own the result. Automations without an owner degrade quietly and get switched off.

If we asked four people to describe the process, how similar would the answers be?

About this tool

Fair questions

Do I have to give you my email?

No. The score and the recommendations appear on screen as soon as you finish. The email step is optional and comes after the result — gating the outcome would make it useless as a tool.

How is the score calculated?

Four dimensions, weighted: process clarity and data readiness count for most, systems integration next, team ownership least. That ordering reflects what actually causes these projects to fail. The logic is deliberately simple and inspectable rather than a black box.

What if I score badly?

Then you have saved yourself a failed project, which is the most valuable outcome this tool produces. A low score usually points at cheaper, lower-risk work — fixing a handoff, an integration, or agreeing what the process actually is — that pays off whether or not you ever automate.

Is this just a lead capture form?

It is a lead magnet, obviously — we built it and we would like you to call us. It is also genuinely the framework we use in our own paid audits, and a low score results in us telling you not to hire us yet. Both things are true.

Want us to run the full version?

The paid audit does this properly — interviews, data tracing, cost modelling and a ranked backlog with effort and savings against each item. Two weeks, fixed price, credited against a build.
